Title: Destined to Love (2/2)
Pairing: YamaJima
Genre: Angst / Fluff / AU
Word Count: 500 words
Disclaimer: I don't own them.
Summary: A sketch, their past, and how both of them are connected to each other by fate.
A/N: For bb (keannegirl01) & my fujoshi daughter (v28dewanta). Inspired by JUMP's new song 愛-ing-アイシテル-
(Please note that it's AU!) I feel that it's not really a good continuation. It's not the original plot I had in mind, but it works.
Enjoy!
Sighing, Ryosuke looked out of the window of his room. There on his bed was his ever-in-hand sketchbook, opened. No one would know that the pages of the sketchbook were filled with sketches of only one person.
It was only filled with sketches of Nakajima Yuto.
A tiny smile grazed his lips as he thought, ‘I can act like I don’t know you. I can act like I hate you. But I can’t deny that I still love you Yuto.’ Flopping down, he closed his eyes, allowing sleep to take over.

“Hand it back!” He was struggling to get his sketchbook back, as another classmate grabbed him and pulled him in place. The person taking his sketchbook grinned cheekily, opening it; Ryosuke just felt tears rolling down his cheeks.
“HA! Commoner Yamada, you actually dare draw Nakajima in your sketchbook? And it’s only him. Don’t tell me you have a crush on Nakajima, Commoner.” The person came closer, using the sketchbook to hit Ryosuke’s head.
No one should have seen what he drew.
“Is there something wrong if he drew me?” People circling around began to move away as Yuto made his way towards Ryosuke. The person holding onto Ryosuke had let go, moving into the background. In a swift movement, Ryosuke’s sketchbook was in Yuto’s hand.
Without thinking, Yuto’s arm encircled Ryosuke waist, pulling the older boy closer. “We’re lovers. There’s nothing weird about him drawing me.”
Eyes widened, and Ryosuke just looked at Yuto like the younger boy had lost it.
No words were passed as Yuto pulled Ryosuke out of the classroom.

“Why did you-!” Ryosuke wasn’t able to finish his sentence as he was abruptly stopped by Yuto’s lips meeting his. He just stood there in shock, before he pushed the taller boy away. “What are you thinking Nakajima?!”
His hand was stretched out, pushing the sketchbook towards Ryosuke. “I didn’t forget you, Ryosuke.” He had quickly pulled the sketchbook back and Ryosuke casted his eyes onto the floor of the rooftop. The gentle wind caressed his cheeks, and their hair fluttered with it.
“Why did you leave?” When Ryosuke was looking back at Yuto in the eyes, he was crying. “Why did you not tell me?” It hurts him so much just thinking how shocked he was back when Ryosuke just found out about Yuto leaving without a word.
Moving closer, Yuto pulled Ryosuke into his embrace. “I’m sorry, Ryosuke. My life was in danger. It was some rare illness and I had to move away to be cured. You know I wouldn’t want you to get hurt, I didn’t want to leave you.”
Yuto felt arms slowly tightening around his waist, and he smiled. “Are you better now?” It was a mutter that was muffled by his own clothes, and Yuto leaned down a little to inhale Ryosuke’s scent. “I’m all better now, though I’m still on medication.”
“You wouldn’t ever leave me?”
“Of course not, we’re destined to love each other after all.”
