A/N: This fiction came about while watching the SUMMARY 2010 DVD, and the lack of YamaJima in it.
*pouts* But we all know YamaJima did happen, just that it's not in the DVD! Some spoiler of the DVD yes?

"You're calling me to do the impossible!" Ryosuke had slowly backed away from the main table, with his hands in a cross in front of him. It was the time of the year again. SUMMARY. Of course, everyone knows that SUMMARY is about flying, and they also know how terrified he was of heights.
Normal flying with the other members of JUMP was alright, but to schedule him to be suspended by only a piece of cloth during his solo and do tightrope walking?
Ryosuke had just tried to fight his way out of it.
Obviously, he had lost the debate, because here he was preparing for his solo. Juniors were already taking the piece of cloth and the dreaded feeling came. Fans started to cheer and Ryosuke just plastered his idol look on his face.
As much as he doesn't want to do this, it's for the performance. That was the sentence that kept repeating in his mind.
In a swift motion, he had hoisted himself into that piece of cloth. Each movement he made was careful. There wasn't any safety cord attached to him, and below him were the juniors that could be crushed if he fell.
Then, there was a move he missed. Turning around, he had the most terrified expression, not that the fans would know. From the height he was suspended, Ryosuke saw him.
From that little trap door, Yuto's head popped out, a worried expression on his face.
'Yama-chan, I'll be watching. If anything went wrong, I'll run out and catch you, don't worry.'
Those were the words Yuto had told him before he had stepped out onto the stage for his 'Asia no Yoru' performance.
Looks like his boyfriend was as worried as him, because Yuto looks like he was going to just sprint into a run anytime now.
Mentally smiling at how sweet his boyfriend is, Ryosuke continued his cloth performance, or that's what JUMP had been calling it.
It was probably because of the adrenaline rush that made him survive his performance. Once Ryosuke had stepped into the back stage, his knees gave way, but the hard concrete floor never did came.
Yuto had caught him just in time.
Tears started to fall and Yuto pulled Ryosuke into a firm embrace. "Yama-chan, hush. The make-up artists would be mad if your make-up is spoilt!"
The older boy was shivering a lot while hugging the taller boy all so tightly.
It was the same thing after the tightrope walking. His feet slipped, but Ryosuke managed to finish his act and continued that little fighting scene of BEST and 7 before Chinen's acrobatic stunt.
This time it was even worst. Yuto was so close to running out of his hiding place, but the staffs was pulling him and persuading him to get to his next position.
During Chinen's acrobatic stunts, Ryosuke was in Yuto's embrace for the whole time. Small kisses were planted on the older boy's lips, as Yuto tried to calm his boyfriend down.
They weren't allowed to show their affections on stage, however their eye contacts were more than enough to keep each other going.
"I have one condition in order for me to go tightrope walking and doing that cloth performance or whatever it's called."
Now they are suspended in the air, as BEST and 7, doing the performance of their 6 singles in a brass band method. That one condition was that Yuto was beside him when they performed this medley.
Yuto had asked Ryosuke why that condition and the shorter boy just replied his boyfriend after a chaste kiss. "So I'll be able to look at you and not think of the height we're being suspended. That's the highest suspension we're going to go for the whole of SUMMARY."
Although Ryosuke doesn't show it, he needs Yuto by his side to overcome his fears.
A fear that he's probably going to face every year.
