A/N: 17 drabbles of the birthday boy. I should start doing this for the other members too. And of course, it's Chinen-centric 8D (all drabbles are not related!) & forgive me for inserting YamaJima & OkaTaro. *whacked*

1. Height, DaiChii, Fluff
It's bothering him.

Bothering him a lot. It doesn't really help that the youngest member of JUMP was now hovering over him, and he's the shortest now.

Chinen Yuri is 17 this year, yet he's shorter than Ryutaro, who's 15.

But than again, there's his boyfriend. Looking at the penguin who was seated beside him, Chinen just smiled as he felt arms encircling his waist. "Chii, what are you thinking?" The words were whispered softly into his ears, and Chinen just grinned.

"I'm just thinking that I'm glad Dai-chan wouldn't grow taller anymore."


2. Eggplant, TakaChii, Fluff (linked to the requested fic, Eggplant Kiss)
There was that evil thing in his bento. Chinen swore that he's going to hate Takaki for the longest time ever. "Yuyan, you know I don't like eggplants!"

Takaki just pouted like a small child while looking at Chinen. "And I thought you'd eat them if I fed you!"

A tint of redness on Chinen's cheeks could be seen, and he quickly turned away.

That's was true, and suddenly, Takaki had lip-locked with Chinen, transferring a mouth full of Chinen's bento to the younger boy's mouth.

More excuses to get more kisses now.

But that doesn't mean Chinen likes eggplants now. He still hates them.

Chinen Yuri only likes to be kissed by his boyfriend, Takaki Yuya.


3. Acrobat, Chinen-centric
Flipping and turning in mid-air. It's nothing new to him, since he had been doing all these stunts ever since he was a child.

It was normal for him, since his father was a gymnast. Plus, it was fun, and Chinen felt free.

JUMP members would always fret over the injuries he'd obtain through learning a new stunt, however to Chinen, they were part and parcel of learning it properly, to perfect it. To perform in on stage one day.

Because acrobat was his specialty, and his was happy that something he enjoyed was making many people around the world happy too.

For his fans and for himself.


4. Squirrel, DaiChii / OkaTaro, Crack
"Dai-chan is a penguin. Ryutaro is a hamster and Chinen is a squirrel."

Yabu read it out loud from in front of his laptop, and he etched his eyebrows. JUMP members were now associated with animals?

"Mou! Why a hamster?" Ryutaro just pouted at his corner, and his pet hamster on his hand. His boyfriend inched closer to him, planting a kiss on the younger boy's forehead. "Even if you're a hamster, I would love you."

Chinen was now staring intensely at Daiki, and it was the same with Daiki too. "What do you want, penguin?"

"What can you do, squirrel?"

"You want to fight? I'll use my squirrel claws on you!"

"And I'll peck you with my beak!"

With that, all the other JUMP members stopped what they are doing and started to stare at the fighting pair. Everyone just fell onto the ground laughing when they heard what Ryutaro had said bluntly.

"Both of you, if you want to rape each other, get a room. Don't do it here."


5. Lap, TakaChii, Fluff
"Chii, here!" Takaki shouted as he patted on his lap. Chinen beamed and immediately jumped onto the older boy's lap.

Even though he's 17 this year, even though he grew out of sitting on people's lap, Takaki was always an exception.

Especially since it means more time spent with Takaki and maybe, he would get some extra kisses for the day too.


6. Notes, DaiChii, Fluff
Chinen just slumped onto the dressing room's table, and a sigh escaped his mouth. "What happened Chii?" Looking up, Chinen saw that Daiki was wearing a worried expression on his face. The younger boy only shook his head.

Knowingly, Daiki smiled and pulled out a stack of paper, placing it in front of Chinen. "Dai-chan, what is this?" He took one of the papers, and his eyes widened in disbelieve.

"Dai-chan! It's your notes!" Daiki just smiled at the cute expression Chinen was giving him. "You're having problems with school right? It's not much, and since I've graduated, you can have them. Hope it's some help."

With that, Chinen just pounced onto Daiki, giving the older boy a mega hug.

"Dai-chan, I LOVE YOU!"


7. Smile, Chinen x YOU / YamaJima, Fluff
Looking at her, Chinen just couldn't help but giving his best smile. The fluttering hair, and soft skin. The gentle voice and beautiful smile.

Smile.

As if it was a trigger for a gun, Chinen had started to scribble down onto a piece of paper during class. That piece of paper was later typed out nicely and submitted to Johnny.

"Chinen! Your lyrics have been approved! It'll be out for our first album!" Yuto shouted, as he started to congratulate his fellow JUMP members.

Ryosuke who was hugging Yuto from the back then asked, "Ne, don't tell me you've got someone you like, since I have a feeling that it was inspired by someone."

A soft chuckle escaped Chinen's lips as he turned away from the YamaJima pair. "What ever you think,"

"And, I actually did the lyrics for our album!" In a cafe, Chinen started to break the news to her. She beamed, and Chinen felt his heart fluttering. "Really? What made you write something like this?"

This time, Chinen pulled her closer, lips meeting each other and he whispered, "You."


8. Swing, Chinen-centric / YamaJima, slight-Angst
The autumn wind blew past him, and a melancholy feeling overwhelmed Chinen. Stopping by the playground, Chinen settled down on the swing set.

Work was now getting on his nerves, since his work schedule was tight. Massaging his temple a little, he was starting to regret snapping at Yama-chan during practice. The older boy had teared a little, running into Yuto's arms. It was expected that Yuto had started to glare at Chinen for the rest of the practice.

Chinen should know well enough not to snap on Ryosuke, since they had similar schedules, and he knew how protective was Yuto for his boyfriend.

Shaking his head, Chinen started to swing himself. Somehow, it had started to calm him down.

From then on, Chinen would always visit the same swing set whenever he felt frustrated or sad. It works in calming him down.


9. Fanfiction, TakaChii / YamaJima, Fluff / Crack
"And Takaki whispered into the younger boy's ear, "Are you sure you want it?"" Yuto had read it out loud, and Ryosuke was giggling away at his side. It was inevitable, since Yuto had tried to mimic Takaki's voice and tried to be seductive while reading it to Ryosuke.

Takaki just face-palmed himself at what Yuto had read out loud. "Oi! Nakajima, stop it. It's embarrassing."

Now, the YamaJima pair was rolling on the floor, suffering from fits of giggles. They had started to laugh more while hugging each other when they heard what Chinen said.

"Yuyan, but you did said that once before."


10. Night, Chinen-centric
He didn't like the dark, but night didn't seems to bother him much. There was Chinen Yuri, slowly strolling on the empty sidewalk. It was already late into the night, and most of the people were in their cosy homes, cuddling with their loved ones.

Breathing out, Chinen could see puffs of clouds, and he sighed a little. "It's silent."

Soon, he found himself on top of a small hill and he settled down onto the grass. Breathing in the cool night air, Chinen stretched a little.

It was a normal routine for him, coming to this hill after work. Chinen would than recollect what he had done for the day, before going back home for his homework.

So he just sat there, letting the night embrace him.


11. Confession, TakaChii, Fluff
Chinen just stood rooted to the ground as he saw the scene unfold in front of his eyes.

"Takaki-senpai ... I ... I like you! So can you go out with me?" There was that junior around Chinen's height, standing in front of Takaki, Chinen's long-time crush, confessing.

Suddenly, everything started to happen in a flash. Takaki had spotted Chinen at the corner, and a small smirk appeared on his lips. "Sorry, I have someone that I like." With that, Takaki walked away.

No.

He started to walk towards Chinen. His heart was thumping against his ribcage, and Chinen didn't know what to do. "Chinen Yuri, I've like you since forever. So would you go out with me?"

There and then, Chinen just couldn't find his voice. So instead of answering, Chinen showed him. Arms encircled Takaki's neck, pulling the older boy down, and their lips were smashed together. It was an awkward kiss, but that was all Takaki needed for an answer.

"I was waiting for you to confess to me, but it seems that I'm faster."

"Shut up, Bakaki."


12. Cross-dressing, TakaChii / YamaJima / InooDai / OkaTaro / YabuHika, Fluff / semi-Smut
"Remind me why am I dressed like this?" Chinen started to whine while trying to pull down his skirt. For the photoshoot this time, it had ended up with five of the JUMP members cross dressing.

Namely, Ryosuke, Ryutaro, Daiki, Hikaru and him.

Yuto's eyes were fixated on Ryosuke's petite figure, and both of them just disappeared all of a sudden. They didn't really want to ask what happened, since both of them came back with devilish hair, and their costume was crumpled in some places. Not to mention Ryosuke blushing madly and Yuto with a triumph smirk.

Ryutaro had squirmed around, being uncomfortable in the clothes. However, Keito was enjoying himself teasing his younger boyfriend. Daiki and Hikaru was just thick-skinned. Both of them started trying to seduce their own boyfriends.

Let's just say Inoo and Yabu were trying their very best not to jump onto them, unlike Yuto who didn't care and just pounced onto Ryosuke.

Now, there was Chinen, seated in a corner, trying to get used to the airy-ness of the skirt. "Don't worry Chii, you look fine." And that was Takaki, Chinen's air-head of a boyfriend.

A pout now adorned Chinen's lips and the younger boy started to whine again. "You said that because you're not the one wearing it."

The next thing that came out of Takaki's mouth just made Chinen blush and kept quite. "And so, wait till the photoshoot end. I'll just kidnap you away like what Yuto did to Yama-chan."

Takaki sure knows when to act like he's innocent.


13. Secret, DaiChii / TakaChii, ANGST / slight-Smut
In an empty storage room, Chinen was now pinned against the wall by Daiki. Without any words, Chinen leaned forward, capturing Daiki's lips, and they shared a passionate kiss.

"Are you sure this is alright?" Daiki's forehead was now against Chinen's, and he knew that Chinen was near to tears.

A nod.

When both of them entered the room, neither of the members noticed the slight limp Chinen had, or the perspiration on Daiki's face. Chinen just settled beside Takaki, curling up into a ball on his boyfriend's lap.

Guilt bubbled within him as Chinen felt the older boy slowly stroke his hair. His eyes were locked with Daiki's, and Chinen just couldn't help it.

Tears just fell.



14. School, Chinen-centric / YamaJima, Fluff / Crack
It annoys him when people asked him if he could see from his seat, since he was at the back row, behind Ryosuke who was behind Yuto.

Why in the first place was Yuto placed in the first row anyway?

Clicking his tongue, Chinen blamed the YamaJima pair for his seat. By right, Yuto was supposed to be seated at Chinen's current position.

And apparently both of them would just talk non-stop, since Yuto could easily lean forward. Mentally slapping himself, he tried not to giggle, since Ryosuke couldn't lean forward like how Yuto did.

Yes, the height.

However, Chinen would really want to put on a sign that wrote "I CAN SEE PERFECTLY FINE FROM THE BACK OF THE CLASS.", so his classmates would stop their unrequited concerns.



15. Backstage, TakaChii, Fluff
"Yuyan~" With that, Chinen pounced onto Takaki's back, which resulted into a piggyback. Spinning around, both of them started to fool around.

For one, Takaki actually acted as a horse, and Chinen was a knight. A paper folded into a cone was in Chinen's hand, and both of them started to disturb the other members of JUMP.

Like smacking Yabu on the butt and messing up Hikaru's hair. Or even disrupting Ryutaro and Keito studying. And running in front of Ryosuke and Yuto's photoshoot. They also locked Inoo and Daiki in the toilet.

Oh well, they are the most childish pair in JUMP anyway.


16. PV Making, DaiChii, Fluff
There was Chinen, curled up on the couch, with his head laying on Daiki's lap. It wasn't surprising, since they had started their PV making early in the morning.

Moving closer to the pair, Yuto held the camera and Ryosuke did the narration.

"Ne, Yuto-kun. Look at those two sleeping like a baby." A snigger.

"Let them rest Yama-chan!" Fits of giggles were recorded, and when the PV making was release, Daiki and Chinen could only blush, avoiding eye contact with each other.


17. Birthday, Chinen-centric, Fluff
Chinen inwardly cursed and swore. All the other JUMP members had disappeared, and the whole Jimusho was practically empty.

"Did you see any of the JUMP members?" Chinen had practically got down to his knee to beg the Junior to tell him where was JUMP. The poor junior must have sensed the desperateness in Chinen's tone, and pointed to the right.

"I heard that they were in the first rehearsal room."

Chinen just pounced onto the junior as a thank you.

When Chinen opened the door, the rehearsal room was pitch black. At the back of his mind, he was already cursing and swearing at the junior, only to be surprised by the light turning on suddenly.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHII!"

JUMP was now around him, throwing Chinen up into the air. Squealing in delight, Chinen's mind hadn't really comprehend what was happening.

Soon, presents were piled up in front of him, and he was hugged by Ohno.  Things just went really quickly, like someone spiking YamaJima's drinks, causing both of them making out in a corner. Or even OkaTaro singing at the top of their voice.

Yabu had tried to keep order, but Hikaru was already drunk. "YAOTOME! You're not legal yet!"

Looking at the mess they made, Chinen just smiled. It's great to have them as fellow members of JUMP.
