Rubbing the sore spot, Riko took a small step back, and bowed. “Hajimemashite, I’m Takasugi Riko.” Aiko just followed suit. “Sugihara Aiko, nice to meet you.” 

Tegoshi massaged his scalp a little and slapped Koyama on the arm. “Keii-chan, now tell me. How exactly these girls are able to pull of the boy look? They have that womanly figure, their voices are like girls, and they look like girls!” Twirling around, Riko just smirked. “Just because we’re awesome, that’s why Tegoshi-senpai!”

Koyama had immediately locked his arms with Riko and brought the younger girl into his embrace. “Who would’ve thought that my daughter is so pretty! I have to show Shigepapa!” With that, the both of them had started to camwhore with Riko’s ever-handy digital camera.

Aiko could only look on while shaking her head and Tegoshi muttered something about Koyama’s motherly side is coming out and that he’s not acting his age.

The phone of Aiko had suddenly ringed, and looking at the screen, she can only secretly smile. “Gomen Tego nii-chan, I’ll pick up a call first.” With a nod from Tegoshi, Aiko had immediately pushed the answer button.

Riko noticed the change in Aiko’s expression and she smirked. Somehow in between their camwhoring session, Koyama was now piggybacking the younger girl, and Riko just snuggled closer to her supposed-mother. “Ahh, Aiko-chan is all happy now. I’m jealous.”

“Who is on the phone with Aki- Aiko?” Tegoshi corrected the name a little. It was still kind of weird to call his junior by her real name. Aiko had heard what Tegoshi was asking and was about to stop Riko from talking but she was too late as Riko smirked.

“Saito Hiroyuki, her boyfriend.”

At that moment, Aiko pounced at Riko, but Koyama dodged, while Tegoshi pulled her back.

“Riko, explain to mama about this now.”

Who would’ve thought that Koyama and Tegoshi would send both of them all the way home, and once Aiko opened the door, the four of them were met with the half-naked sight of Hiroyuki and Hayato. Riko had immediately squeaked and hid behind Koyama while Aiko just hit her forehead.

That’s when Koyama and Tegoshi invited themselves into the duo’s apartment and sat down on the sofa like the parents of Riko and Aiko. “So these are?” Sighing, Aiko just introduced Hiroyuki and Hayato to Tegoshi. “This is Saito Hiroyuki, and yes nii-chan, he’s my boyfriend. That’s Kusaka Hayato, Hiro and Riko’s friend from Singapore.”

“Mama.”

Turning around, Koyama sees Riko peeking out from the back of the sofa with tearing eyes. “GOMEN KOYAMAMA! They are here for holiday and Aiko had invited them to stay with us.” Koyama had hugged his ‘daughter’ comforting her. “Riko are you alright?” Hayato had a long sleeve shirt on already, as he rushed to Riko’s side. 

Koyama let go of Riko, and allowed Hayato to start comforting the girl. Inching closer to Koyama, Aiko whispered into her senpai’s ears. “Hayato’s Riko’s crush for six years and counting.” The gaze in the older man’s eyes softened as he nodded a little. 

“Ai, isn’t Riko a little too emotional?” Hiroyuki peeked out with a shirt on already too, and Tegoshi just smirked at him. “Maybe she’s having a PMS?” Aiko just whacked her so-called brother on the head.

“Why are both of you friends with those two idols?” Hiroyuki asked, and Aiko just laughed. “Fate I guess.”

It was early in the morning, and Aiko was puzzled when she doesn’t see Riko in her bed. ‘That’s weird, her lectures doesn’t start this early.’ Climbing out of her bed, she shuffled into the kitchen to see Hayato and Hiroyuki seated at the table sipping to their morning coffee. “Where’s Riko?”

“She went out early in the morning saying that she needed a walk before her class starts.” Hayato simply said, before going back to his newspaper.

Walking around the town, Riko just wondered about everything that had happened within this time period. Her semi-professional camera was hung around her neck, and her hair tied up into a ponytail to the side. A grey skirt hung on her waist, and she wore a wooly long sleeve shirt she had borrowed from Hayato six years ago and has yet to return it.

The cool morning air refreshed her mind, and she started to take random pictures of her surroundings.

A few girls walked passed her, and Riko heard this conversation.

“Did you see the two new junior duo of Johnny’s?”

“You mean Takasugi Ryuu and Sugihara Akira? Yes!”

“Gosh, they are such cuties!”

“I’m a huge Ryuu fan now. He has the cutest smile and gosh, his eyes!”

“Akira-kun is so much better! His no-eyes smile, gosh!”

Turning around to look at the two girls passing her, Riko just smiled. Both of them seems to have noticed Riko, and just gasped before approaching her. 

“Excuse me miss, may I know your name?” One girl spoke up, and Riko just giggled. “Takasugi Riko.” Both of them screamed, “Are you related to Takasugi Ryuu?!” Contemplating on her stand, she just grinned. “Nope, why do you ask?”

“Gosh, you’re like a carbon copy of him! Can we take a picture with you?” Riko just flailed mentally, before she nodded.

Pictures were taken, and of course, Riko have a copy of their group photo. Of course, she also has a photo of only the two fangirls. In her heart, she silently thanked the two strangers.

‘Thank you for supporting Aiko and me. Thank you for everything.’
